In some states you can’t let a 13 yr old tan unless they have a doctors order. If you are not in a regulated state then personally I would not let him tan without a doctors order. Sometimes eczema (photo-allergic eczema) can get worse with UV light. If this happens and you are helping “Treat” his condition, any lawyer would call it practicing medicine (Photo therapy) with out a license.
