According to the Notice sent out by FedX to all their clients..... YES.
Had Nichesoft taken the 12.3 seconds required to update/verifiy the shipping address ~ with the salon owner who paid them $60 bucks for some dangling dongle..... It's quite possible None Of This Would Be an Issue NOW.
Nichesoft claims their 'software' they use to schedule deliveries DEFAULTS to a Signature BEING REQUIRED...... if they FEEL that FedX should have CHARGED THEM the pittance of a fee to deliver to ANYWHERE (a home or business) without an update..... then certainly ~ Nichesoft should be pursuing their Shipping Vendor ~ and not slandering their client, and screwing him over like they have on this issue.
Again...... Would you buy gold from a company if you stood the chance of horrible Customer Service????
I doubt it.
I cannot BELIEVE the LACK of pride and integrity this company has for itself and its clients as shown by this behavior!!!
