Don’t for get to set reasonable goals. If you set your goals to high you are setting yourself up to fail. For example a weight loss goal of 15lbs by June is reasonable but 50lbs is not. If you loose more than the 15 lbs that’s a bonus. And you have SUCCEEDED.
