We have recently purchased two manual spray machines (Australian Gold Laser Spraytan) and am wondering if we need to be concerned about our employees, and owners for that matter, spaying members of the opposite sex. We are considering making it mandatory to leave the door open in the room during spraying to alleviate any type of accusations of inappropriate "touching" and such. Are employees under the age of 18 allowed to spray?
Also, we will be spraying cheerleaders, dance team members, and possibly young pagent entries. I anticipate the parents to be in attendance during spraying, but should I (a male) refrain from spraying young women to avoid any feelings of uncomfort on their part.
We want to avoid any and all false accusations, if that's possible.
Thank you in advance for your thoughts and ideas.
