it might even resort to out and out theft. (Not that selling goo to clients and making ching is not theft)
If you cut her hours she will steal to make up for her lost income.
If you only let her purchase a bottle a month ..that still does not help you. She will find a way.
FIRE her..and make an example of her and fast before the rest of your staff realize you are a big softy.
As for teh disty...out them and get a new one. Set up a password/code that you and your manager only have to purchase lotion with your new disty. JMHO
