Not sure who you think you have been talking to, but Tan Track has always bee there to assist with any problems. And those have been very few.
There is no such thing as a free ride. Tech support costs money. If you cannot figure outt he issue, and the problem is inherant with the program, the tech support staf at Tan Track will stay on the phone with you till you have the issue resolved. They have also corrected problems andd sent out the correction.
Before you go bad mouthing a company, get your facts straight. They do a great job for 99.99% of their customers. You just happen to be the .01% that cannot be pleased.
