Actually teddy bears that I buy from thrift stores or new ones that I can get cheap, are dipped in soy wax and become room fresheners. After dipping I place them in clear plastic bags and tie with a nice ribbon that suits the occasion. I have a little information card attached and each bear has it's own name and birthday on the flip side of the card. Once taken out of the bags they are room fresheners because the soy wax has fragrances in it. When the fragrance starts to wane all they have to do is hit the bear with a blow dryer on cool and it brings the fragrance right back. It's lasts for months. I had lots of orders for different fragrances and color bears and made quite a bit of money on them. It does take time to dip the bears, comb them out and of course the drying time. It was fun but a lot of work too.
If you haven't see them there are plenty of websites about them.
