| Not enough I have an awesome employee who takes on so much responsibility. Right now she is making $7.00 per hour and gets 10% on products. We do not pay commission for tanning packages. She has been with us for a little over a year. She doesn't complain about pay, I just wish we were in a better position to pay her more. (she started at $5.50 so we have given her increases) She pays our cost for products.
