I suggest you exfoliate your skin with products from your salon. Also, get a good moisturizer in the same brand. Stick to products from the same line. Dry skin could be the cause for the white spots - and good exfoliating and moisture usually takes care of that.

My daughter has psoriasis and gets the spots in the summer - sun is good but she has to bathe with dandruff shampoo, which reduces her white spots. Our doctor prescribed sunlight and dandruff shampoo. But I also keep the exfoliating bath products like JA sugar scrub for use before the dandruff shampoo - that works for her.

LOL, I DO ALL OF THAT.... MORE THEN I SHOULD....I USE MOISTURIZER FROM MY SALON AND I USE GOOD TANNING LOTION....SO ITS NOT THAT...MAYBE I JUST WONT USE LOTION... IS THAT BAD THING TO DO?!
