| I had the same problem as Tootsie did when I went tanning for like my second time, and I used a sample packet of lotion that had hemp in it, so I just assumed that it was the hemp that made me itch ( like when people make those hemp necklaces, they itch if you dont soak them). So after that I have never used a hemp lotion. But after hearing this, I might try one again.
