www.appdig.com is the website for Applied Digital Inc - the company that makes the t-max timers and managers.
If you go to that site, you can click on the first subject (T-max) and it will get you to a section with all the
equipment they sell, FAQ's, downloadable manuals, etc etc. That should help a lot.
Dan Boone is an employee at ADI that frequents the different tanning boards and is VERY helpful - he would be a good one to try to call or email as well.
If there isn't a way to contact him through that website, there is another tanning board where they have a "forum" and you can submit specific questions. Out of respect for this forum, I'll PM that address to you separately. Since you are new - a "PM" will show up at the top saying "You have 1 new message". Click on that, or go to "messages" (top buttons) and you'll find it there!
