If you are backing up to an external or internal drive. Helios can provide a Backup Utility ... request it from support@gohelios.com.
THIS WILL NOT WORK IF YOU ARE BACKING UP TO A CD DRIVE, which the vast majority of user do.
As I stated on the other thread the issue and reason here related to inconsistent requirements of CD drives.
