Andy, I would use the searchable liscense plate function as follows: I would input part or all of the liscense plate of a client pulling up. I would then have their info and be able to greet them by name. It would be an awesome feature.
As for having to input a client or "price check" client file just to find out a product price seems like a few too many steps, or at least something that can be improved on.
