This is not the best place to ask about weight loss. You should talk to the experts in that field face to face… a Doctor, a Nutritionist, a Personal Trainer or your coach.
I feel The health and fitness part of this site is a great place to get info on what to look for in a gym , a personal trainer, fitness trends or how the tanning & fitness industries go together. Many of the tanning pros that come to this forum are also in the fitness industry, They maybe personal trainers but they sill would not be able to answer your question HERE there are to many factors involved.
