Strange situation here. I am trying to help someone during a medical crisis. Her aunt (a salon owner)is in the hospital and she is trying to help keep her business running while this lady recovers. They are using Helios and since I also use Helios, I agreed that I might be able to help her with the system. (She's far enough away that I don't consider her to be competition.)
Anyway, she doesn't have administrative password access and the lady in the hospital is really out of it so she can't ask her. There's a girl who works there part time but she only has access to shift reports.
Long story short, is there any way to get into these areas? My husband offered to talk to his IT guy at work but I'm thinking, "a password is there for a reason and I'm sure nobody can get around it." True or not? She did call Helios initially and they told her that they only support the newest version. I haven't been there yet so I'm not sure version it is.
What can I do to help her? Thanks!
