| Sounds like their warranty isn't what it's cracked up to be...I love the bed, My customers love the bed but one thing I've learned from experience is that no matter how good the product is if a company will not stand behind their product, someone else will come along and take the market from them...Unfortunately I don't think I will buy another Ultrabronz...I don't like the Matrix as well but I think that I will buy it for my other salon...any Matrix comments
