We use Helios backoffice through a BellSouth DSL with a STATIC (NOT dynamic) IP. Static IPs are fixed address (like 122.102.32.2) so your work computer (which is hosting BackOffice) can be connected to from a client computer somewhere on the internet. I think the standard BellSouth DSL connections are dynamic which means each time the computer connects to the internet, BellSouth assigns an IP address which may, or may not be the same. Basically, if you want your computer to host you need a static IP address. My recollection, from over two years ago when I set this up (for the security cams) was that the DSL modem had to be configured as a "Bridge" and the router had to be configured to authenticate (log on) and HTTP host (or port forward).
