why not jsut fire everyone, cut the salon hours down so that clients will have to squeeze into tighter shifts and get a second job. Another great way to save money is to go to tanning events put on by vendors and manufacturers and grab as many free samples as you can and just sell that stuff and don't buy anything from the vendors. It's also a great way to support your industry! j/k ha ha ha ha ha
