| Ok, me and my best friend are going to open our own salon in Massachusetts. There has got to be a billion things we never thought about in opening this.
For everyone: What was your biggest challenge? Most expensive? Biggest help? What is the one thing that I should be concerned about NOW!?
We are drafting a business plan with some help next wk (july 23rd). I am just really worried we are going to miss something imperative to this whole project. Any and all advice would be amazing. What are first steps should be...I am so paranoid ugh..
