when it comes to motivating employees i think it varys...for example...the only thing we do to motivate employees is give them 10% commision on all lotion sales...right now in the slow season its hard to even motivate ourself...customers are down...lotion sales are down...etc...not a fun time for anyone...in about a week we are getting our computer system in and we are hoping that our new packages we are gonna be starting will help bring in more money along with more customers in these slower times of the year and also the busyer..
