I let my 14 year-old but the little one (6yo) has never asked... I think you're the parent and know your kid best and if you played with her like when she asks for mascara or... then it was a fun moment the two of you had- take a picture and enjoy the memory! Now, if you make a habit of it and clients think it's creepy... then you may have an issue, don't want to be the crazy tanning lady (henceforth, the CTL), "Have you seen her little orange kid, I bet she tanned while pregnant and that's what did it..." LOL!
