Do you know for sure what the spots are? Have you had them checked by a dermatologist or regular doctor?

If the are tinea versicolor, there are lots of over-the-counter ways to treat it. But, if what you're dealing with is psoriasis, you the treatments for tinea versicolor may aggravate the condition.

See a doctor for a diagnosis. Just be aware that the doctor will most likely advise you to stop tanning even if it is something as simple as tinea versicolor (just because about 95% of physicians are against tanning in general). But, once we know what your spots are, it will be easier to help you.
