I had a mother and daughter come into my salon yesterday. After registering, my wife noticed that the girl was only 14 years old. We told her that the state requires that she be 16 years old to tan. She then tells us that her and some of her friends have been tanning at two other salons in town. My question is: Being we abide by all the rules and regulations, should we report these salons to the state? The state health department will simply send them a letter saying " please don't do that anymore", thank you. Is it worth the effort?
