Quote " turn off lights and AC " What the **** kind of salon are you running. I want my customers to be as comfortable as possible. We keep our thermostats at 71 degrees at all times, night & day, open or closed. Most people do not realize this but commericial properties are billed in 2 ways. One by usage and the other is Demand, if you turn your AC on and Off it will cost you more to run than leaving it on. Your AC unit works twice as hard when the space gets hot and you kick it on, which also raises your demand reading. That demand reading will stay at it's highest point until the meter is reset back to zero, therefore charging you at the highest readingfor the whole month. This demand can be raised to it's highest in as little as 1 hour if you come in and turn everything on at the same time, Beds, AC, etc. I hope this makes sense and helps, thanks
