Really? Anyone else think the factory bulbs are bad? I hate to think I'd have to change the bulbs as soon as I bought the booth. I am having problems getting questions answered by my distributor now though. Maybe this is a warning sign to me? I mean, if I am ready to give them my money, and they aren't getting back to me, then what are they going to be like after I purchase if I have a problem? I like them a lot personally, but their customer service seems to be lacking with me. Maybe it is because they are so busy this time of year, but I really don't think that is a very good excuse. We're all busy, right? I think maybe I need to shop around some more. I was planning on buying 8-10 new beds, ( 4 or 5 levels) and wanted to get them all from the same company. Thought that would make things easier in the long run, they would flow together, etc. What are your opinions on that theory? Think it's better to have a few varieties, or one brand? I've had three different brands in the past, and they were so different I didn't think they gave the salon a good flow.
