I think there are a lot of answers to this question and it changes depending on your needs. I agree with Sunsally. I know we look for people who can sell, it is number one for us. I had to disagree with the "sucker" comment, we had to interview a ton of people in a two week period! I am sure most on here are not interviewing 200 people in such a short time, and I do not have a "HR" director, just me right now. For us it was quick easy and it made worked for me!
I don't know if any of us have the "secret"! I can remember a lot of weird interview questions I have been asked.
