Actually, that fear is unfounded. Even people with sensitive skin should exfoliate (myself included). If you don't feel comfortable using a scrub, try picking up a rough bath sponge. It will be more gentle, but will still remove dead skin cells. I personally use St. Ives apricot scrub for sensitive skin (it's made for faces, but I use it for body too....it's gentler than most face scrubs and tons better than body scrubs).

Also, how often are you tanning? You said 4 days a week, but are those days back to back? If so, you should adjust your schedule to allow a day inbetween for your skin to replenish it's moisture. And do pick up a really good moisturizer . I can't think of any right off hand that don't smell sweet or flowery, but I'll look into it.

And drink plenty of water!
