jen, dont tell the good people of this site that i was traveling yesterday and was in and out of service with my phone.. got home this morning and called you.. my brother did forget to put your new acrylics on your 02' tanses 32 that only had 770 hrs. on it...which i called suncorp today and ordered new ones for you then called you and gave you the order #... second your standup sundash sr-48 only had 352 hrs. on it and not a scratch on it when we shipped it out..the trucking company has already looked at it and admitted that they stacked something on it and that is where the damage was from...come on guys darn i bend over backwards to help everyone on this site and people i sell beds to...we sell about 400 beds a yr. im sure we are gonna have a problem or two along the way but i ALWAYS help fix the problem... im in the business b/c i love tanning and the industry as a whole..IF THE BUSINESS WAS PERFECT YOU GUYS WOULD ALL MAKE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY NEW BEDS FROM ME AND WE WOULD JUST THROW THE OLD ONES AWAY...MOST OF THE PEOPLE JUST BARELY HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR WHAT THEY GET AND IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR GIVE SOMEONE ELSE TIME TO FIX IT...YOU JUST GET ON HERE AND START BASHING PEOPLE..IM SORRY I TOOK 4 DAYS OFF LAST WEEK TO SPEND WITH MY FAMILY AND PLAY WITH MY 2 YR. OLD.. I HAVE WORKED NONE STOP 18-20 HRS A DAY SINCE DECEMBER.. IF YOU PEOPLE WOULD BETTER PREPARE FOR THE UPCOMING SEASON, WE WOULD HAVE THE PROPER TIME TO GET THINGS JUST A LITTLE BIT BETTER..YOU GUYS KILL ME, YOU BEAT ALL OF US IN THE BED BUSINESS UP SO BAD WE CANT HARDLY OPERATE THE WAY YOU WOULD LIKE FOR US TOO..THE ONES THAT HAVE LISTENED ALONG THE WAY, I HAVE MADE VERY SUCCESSFUL AND THIER SALONS HAVE MADE AT LEAST 25% MORE LISTENING TO THE KNOWLEDGE I HAVE LEARNED ALONG THE WAY....ONCE AGAIN I WILL HELP ANYONE THAT CALLS MY PHONE AND ASK FOR HELP.. SORRY I CANT ALWAYS CALL YOU RIGHT BACK...BUT PLEASE GIVE US A LITTLE TIME TO FIX SOMETHING IF WE DO HAVE A PROBLEM... I HAVE SALONS AND I WORK WITH MANUFACTORS JUST LIKE YOU...ITS FUNNY I HEAR ALL THE TIME FROM YOU GUYS HOW ETS,SUNDASH,MYSTIC,PURETAN,SONNEBRAUNES, ETC. MESS UP,DONT CALL BACK RIGHT AWAY AND PARTS ON BACK ORDER...BUT YOU ONLY GET ON HERE AND BASH THE PEOPLE THAT TRY TO HELP YOU... I TALK ON MY CELL PHONE 10,000 MINS. A MONTH, AND TRAVEL IN TWO TRUCKS OVER 8,000 MILES A MONTH TRYING TO DO THIS RIGHT HELP YOU GUYS,SO IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG ALONG THE WAY, WHY DONT YOU TRY AND HELP FIX IT INSTEAD OF JUST USING YOUR FINGERS TO COMPLAIN AND BASH US..THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND GOOD WORDS... NOTICE I FIXED HER PROBLEM THIS MORNING BUT SHE STILL HASNT GOT ON HERE AND TOLD ANY DIFFERENT..
