In my small town, I was doing 36,000 visits per year, 5 years ago. 04 we did 28,000 visits. Revenues have stayed about the same due to the introduction of higher end beds, a spray tan booth and a smoothie bar. Hey, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Wait, everyone is doing it!
