Besides the he said she said, if thre cops asked for him to show proof he paid for his food and the guy didn't, then the cops had every right. Calls like this are so time consuming and annoying for cops, that i don't blame the cops at all for what they did, the manager should have gotten tasered as well. We all wonder why our justice system is so screwed. Its cause cops have to spend the 4 hours doing the frickin paper work on a poopy situation like this, and whats worse is that it should have been able to be resolved without the cops.
