We are regulated in Texas and I have no problem with it. The proposed law in Pennsylvania is very similar to what we abide by here and it has only served to make the tanning industry better as a whole. In my opinion, the proposed legislation is not unreasonable and will do just as tanman has suggested, it will "clean up" the dirty, unlicensed salons and their dangerously untrained employees...the tanning salons that give us all a bad reputation.
Having said that, thanks to EZ Jim for keeping us updated on proposed laws, because eventually the government WILL go too far in their attempts to save us from ourselves.
