| The laws in NH are about the same. A little more strict when it come to teens. No one under 14 can tan without a written order from a physician. 14-17 with parent or legal guardian’s written consent. The parent or guardian needs to be physically present at the time of the initial use of the tanning device. The consent shall be valid for only 12 subsequent uses of the tanning device.
