We are extremely positive people, but the problems we are having with your software have pushed us over the brink.
We have waited several months for you to fix the following problems (and after several months of you telling us you are fixing the problems, nothing has been done, so we are venting here...)
Why is it that your software only allows download of the entire customer base into Excell, and not segmented lists...meaning, if we want a list of customers who bought Mystic tan or who spent $500 or more in the last year to craft a marketing message for them, we only have an option to print labels.
Labels are the last thing you want to use in direct marketing because they decrease response by as much as 80%! Plus lots of other reasons.
Secondly, why is it that even though you allow us to download the entire customer base the customers STATE does not show up? So the list is useless!
Your software is not for anyone serious about marketing to their customer base...which is the most profitable source of cash flow for a business.
If we are incorrect about these problems, please let us know. But we have been dealing with your customer support center and they have no answers and keep pushing the 'fix' out, and out, and out.
