Can anyone help me setup my Helios 9 software. We are currently configured for minutes packages and we want to go to points where $1.00 equals one point and will properly deduct from the customers account when a bed is assigned. We are currently doing it in a roundabout way by using PPD then buying minutes into the cust account then assigning a bed, but this is taking 3 steps when we should be able to do it in one step.
