I am thinking about tanning again (haven't intentionally exposed my skin to UV in a very long time). But I'm worried about skin damage. I saw a girl at the local library who was very tan, obviously goes to a tanning bed. She couldn't have been more than 20. But she had "chicken skin" on her neck and chest! I've seen that on folks who tan before. It's that pebbled look & texture of the skin. What can you do to prevent that other than not tan? Is it from overexposure or does everyone who tan eventually get it? TIA.
