No, But I applaud you for hiring a disabeled person and I don't think it is half a job and I think some allowances need to be made. Disabled people don't want to be given anything and don't expect a free ride. It may take a little more work on your part to make sure that all tasks are completed. I like the checklist idea. IMHO, you FDC needs to have her job requirements re-vamped to include working with the other employess to see that the salon is providing the best face possible. If she/he has a problem with this, replace her. It may just be a matter or placing responsibilty..When my 2nd child was born, my oldest was very jealous until I told her it was her baby too. She then became very protective. Get FDC to take some pride in YOUR salon, after all, she works there too!
