Well, I just hired my first employee, got her certified and she is in training....I am very hands on still, so at least I know everything will be done at the end of the night, but I know what you mean...I would really try to explain to her, that this girl has a learning disability, and maybe if she made it feel like fun somehow, the girl would do more....I know from experience with working with people with disabilities years ago, that they will go to the end of the earth to please you as long as you treat them with respect and friendliness... Tell your front counter person, to really acknowledge how well the girl cleans the beds, etc and she will find she will do much more just to make the other girl like her and happy
