| This can be true. Many bottles will list aloe in different ways. There are some that claim they have straight leaf juice and there are some that claim that it's in concentrated power form mixed with water. Either way most of it is water.
I personally think that if it's a concentrate then it should be listed as so and same goes with straight leaf juice.
