| The first thing we always ask is "How do you backup a card system?" At least with software you can backup all of your data in just seconds. You can summarize just about everything that has taken place in your software by a multitude of reports available within your software package. You won't misfile cards. Its also much easier for an employee to just keep the cash on a sale, and drop in a card that you'll never notice. I'd definitely make the investment into some sort of software over a card system.
