Just received an call from Helios Tech Support Supervisor regarding this issue.
He advises that Helios Users NOT install the XP Service Pack 2 Update from Microsoft at this time.
Apparently some issues have be detected by Helios on detailed testing. ie ... after amending more than one sales code Helios will abort and close.
Helios are today drafting an email to be sent to all Users asking them to wait for an update to Helios prior to installing the SP2 update from Microsoft.
