DaveD ... that assumes that you did a conversion of your V9 Data and have been using it in V11.
As sun2go says above ... all the databases in the Data Directory, the Contract1 thru Contract9 forms and Release form if you have modified them, and the Pictures Directory if you have been taking pictures ... all the above being inside the Helios11 directory.
