Engfant ~ I am the FIRST to advise anyone that when it comes to Customer Service I can't be beat...
But I am not the BEST business person....
I have a friend that told me he makes in excess of 8K a year on Eye protection sales.....
That is not ching you would step over if it was laying in the street ---- but....
And how about that guy that sells the wet wipes for make up removal at a $1 per??? Again ~ I provide that for free and it it costs me about 300$ a year to supply em..... He is WEALTHY ~ ~ but......
We all have to do what we are comfortable with.... we insiste that eye wear is used as part of membership - - and we provide fully sanitized goggles(Cal Tan Peepers) for their use... I feel it's part of the fee that I charge when providing the tanning service....
As far as SAFETY goes...... as it would be illegal to provide the service of spray tanning without the safety measures for blocking inhalation ~ I personally think that the provider of the service should be providing the filters..... and if the MFGs were smart ~ they would be providing the filters TO THE SALONS with the instructions they should be given to EACH client prior to service...
But in reality - - - there are some $$$$ Smart people
and then there are just us Customer Serivce focused people....
BTW - who slammed ya?
