The Electronic starters only strike once & if the lamp doesn't come on then it isn't going to. You need to put the Advantage
lamps back in the unit & then turn the unit on & off about a dozen times to get the starters and
lamps in sync.
Regular S12 starters will keep firing at the lamp until it starts.
That will cure the problem.
