I like the way you said that. As for expiring sessions, at some point you have to. Last year I went thru the system and found many clients who had bnot been in for more than 2 yrs.. We called them all and let them know that they had sessions left and that we were in the process of "cleaning" out the system, therefore those sessions would be expired in 15 months. Some came back in others didn't. One advantage that I have found by leaving some sessions until the next season is that it gives you a reason to call them and get them back in before they wonder off elsewhere. 6 months seems a bit short.
