Pamtan.....I agree with you. I think Burger King taught McDonalds that you cannot tell the customer how they MUST use your service. This was the drive behind the whole "Have it your way" advertising campaign which took Burger King from the verge of Bankruptsy to the number 2 hamburger chain in the world. Now, of course, McDonalds is much more consumer oriented.
I would think that sharing would cause the client to use more service. Seems that you have the potential to get more people "tan-dependant"...??? IMHO.
