moisturizer do you recomend... ok on to the sun rash.. if in fact this person had a sun rash it would be highly unlikelly to come on the palms of you hands and feet and no were else. Ok so miss Professional.. I agree a stimulant should not have beed used.. but what would mosturizer do if he had a sun rash? I certanly would not worsen the situation..
