Nizoral Antifungal Shampoo just became available in an otc strength - it is still kept behind the pharmacy counter in most stores ~ Ask the Pharmacist for it....
The Scalp MUST be treated 3 times a week (shampoo and leave it on the scalp and hair for 5 mins) and the body areas must be treated daily - full strength and left on overnite..... use a lite scrubbing motion with finger nails or a scrunggy to exfoliate..... it can take weeks - but it must be done.....
Norvell makes a Sea Corral Salt Scrub that I have sold to RESISTENT cases of this Sunspot (well established spots are HUGE).... same process as above - just use the seasalt scrub in the morning while exfoliating....
Not everybody's skin is 'hospitable' to yeast organisims.... the skin conditions have to be RIGHT for the yeast to grow (colonize).... you cannot catch it from a tanning bed - however, advanced tanning will really show the UN-Tanned spots very clearly....
