My husband has this really bad, at times, and the sunspot stuff just does not work at all for him. What we found that works is (I can't think of the name right now) but it is a spray or lotion that is made for athlete's foot (Don't laugh, it works!!) An old doctor told him to use it, we did and it does kill the fungus. It works better than all the prescription stuff that he has used. I think the name is Lotriman (??Spelling) I would try this on your arms, back or legs, but I would not use it on my face. Just my opinion, I am not a doctor!!!
