I wouldn't recommend it. Confidentiality agreements are extremely costly and difficult to enforce. Seek competent legal council.
It does no good to hold a wiffle bat over your employees.
Employ only those you trust and terminate employees who violate that trust immediately. Control access to proprietary information.
