| This is a very common complaint with olive skinned tanners. It may be because your skin is genetically engineered to be more resistant to sunlight and since your face receives more exposure throughout the year than the rest of your body, it has developed an even stronger tolerance to UV. We have seen good results when your skin type uses JA facial oil and beds with low pressure bulbs...you need the UVB. When all else fails, use a sunless tanner on your face.
